Hello All! At each of our monthly meetings there will be certain forms that will need to be filled out and turned in. We will always have copies available at the meeting, but for those of you who like to be prepared, we will also have an electronic version of the forms available online prior to the meeting. Interviews, Etc.

We had such a great time meeting about 23 students on Saturday morning at our first round of interviews. Thanks to everyone who came out!

Please remember that as you are called by a leader and accepted, the next thing you need to do is apply for a passport!!! Don't wait! Without a passport, you don't travel! Australia also requires a special electronic VISA which People to People can't order for you until we have your passport! So be proactive; go to Walgreens today and get your passport photos taken (usually under $10), and then proceed to your local Post Office to apply for the passport. Next, remember our first delegation meeting is on Sunday, December 7th at 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Hill Elementary School. This is the same school where you had your interview! Try to get there a bit early so you can be seated and we can get things rolling on time! We can't wait to see you there!

Should you decide to apply for the Australia Adventure trip this year, we will be contacting you as soon as your name is in our computer system to set up an interview. This year, interviews will take place on Saturday, October 25th, 2008 at Cedar Hill Elementary School. The school address is 3615 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30044. All of our monthly delegation meetings will also take place at Cedar Hill Elementary.
